Are you experienced in building new business for a recruitment agency? Would you like to join a start up based in a funky office in Oval? Our company is looking for either an experienced recruitment consultant or an articulate sales person who is looking for a change and is excited by the prospect of working for a dynamic start up. Our company provides easy to use online tools to help the self-employed with doing the accounts; and skills learned in recruitment can be profitably employed in this role. As the ideal candidate you will possess 12 months plus experience in the sales or recruitment industry and will demonstrate a driven, tenacious and professional approach, with the commitment to excel.
Our company is a small company with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere although it is very serious about providing its clients with a high quality online service. The main challenges will involve:
Reaching out to freelancer groups and directly approaching potential clients.
Progressing leads through a defined client acquisitions process to closure.
To achieve agreed monthly client acquisition growth and client retention targets.
Building and developing strong working relationships and opportunities with new freelancer clients.
Supporting your client base in critical business decisions and in using the Our company platform.
To deliver regular accurate and timely management reports. Role requirements:
The role is a diverse position in an exciting start-up, with lots of space for personal and professional development. The successful candidate will be ambitious, passionate, highly motivated and able to work autonomously.
You must have experience and a track record of developing successful client relationships and the ability to quickly identify and understand the key drivers of the Client.
Educated to degree level, obtained from a top-tier university preferred.
